Role Summary

We Are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources functions while simultaneously handling critical back-office operations, including billing management, telephonic coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing people management responsibilities with operational accuracy and administrative efficiency.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding management.
  • Employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation management.
  • Invoice generation, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
  • Client, vendor, and candidate telephonic coordination.
  • Administrative support and document management.

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Positions closed within agreed timelines.
  • Accuracy of employee records and documentation.
  • Timely invoice generation and dispatch.
  • Collection follow-up effectiveness.
  • Administrative accuracy and responsiveness.
