Job Description:

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer (Packaging) will be responsible for creating innovative and print-ready packaging designs for paper bags, boxes, takeaway packaging, labels, and other branding materials. The role requires close coordination with clients and the production team to ensure design accuracy, brand consistency, and high-quality print output.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Design artwork for paper bags, boxes, takeaway packaging, labels, and related packaging materials.
• Create print-ready files as per production specifications.
• Develop packaging concepts, mockups, and visual presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, implement revisions, and obtain pprovals.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure error-free printing and packaging output.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Completion of design projects within committed timelines.
• Accuracy and quality of print-ready artwork.
• Client approval and satisfaction rate.
• Minimal design-related production errors.
• Consistent adherence to brand and packaging standards.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of packaging design and print production.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, and color management.
• Attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Experience in packaging or printing industry.
• Mockup creation and product visualization skills.
• Understanding of die-lines and print specifications.
• Knowledge of branding concepts.
